Our plant-based resin starts on the farm, where training and education takes place to promote sustainable agricultural practices.

Castor beans are harvested and are selected in part due to their inherent drought-resistance and minimal irrigation or fertilisation needs.

The beans are pressed for their oil creating a highly resilient and renewable resource that enables us to reduce our carbon footprint.

The oil undergoes a process called polymerisation where it is transformed into plant-based plastic pellets.

The pellets are melted down and injected into moulds to become your frames. Helping people see a better tomorrow.
