After being paralyzed in a horrific car incident as a teenager in 1999, Barney Miller hasn’t let this hold him back from achieving surfing greatness. In 2017 Barney became a World Champion at the ISA Adaptive Surfing Games. Barney continues to let nothing stop in his way to achieving his goals and inspiring boat loads of people along the way.
