Payment Methods

We use a fully secure checkout and you can pay for your orders using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Prices and Currencies

Our UK shopping cart is in £ Sterling. Our Swiss shopping cart is in CHF Swiss Francs. Our Norwegian shopping cart is in NOK Norwegian Krone. Orders to Switzerland and Norway exclude VAT and Import Duty and this may be payable to the courier on delivery. For other countries, there is a currency converter available on the site, which will give you an idea of the cost of items in other currencies (based on a live exchange rate feed) but when you check out, the payment will be made in £ Sterling.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer services. We can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched, and as set out in our Website Terms of Use and General Conditions. After dispatch, you will be required to return the order for a refund. Please also note that Prescription orders may not be cancelled once we have sent you an email confirming that we accept your order.

Shipping Rates

UK

We are currently offering free delivery for all orders over £75.
Delivery for orders up to £75 will be charged at £4.99. 

Switzerland
We are currently offering free delivery for all orders over CHF 170.00.
Delivery for orders up to CHF 169.99 will be charged at CHF 4.99. 
Delivery for orders up to CHF 199.99 will be charged at CHF 7.99. 
Delivery for orders up to CHF 59.99 will be charged at CHF 9.99

Norway
We are currently offering free delivery for all orders over NOK 1200.00.
Delivery for orders up to NOK 1199.99 will be charged at CHF 95.99. 
Delivery for orders up to CHF 599.99 will be charged at CHF 119.99. 

Delivery Information

UK
Our distribution warehouse is based in the UK and we will use DPD, DHL or Royal Mail to deliver your order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public and Bank holidays) and we aim to dispatch all UK orders received before 3.30pm, on the same day. 
Once your order is dispatched, it is not possible for us to amend your delivery details, however customers receiving shipments via DHL may be able to change their delivery date, authorize leaving their order in a safe place or with a nominated neighbour, or divert their order to their local DPD Pickup Shop by liaising directly with DHL via the DHL text and email notifications.

Orders for UK customers should be received within 1 working day (except for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands & Islands which will take a further 24 hours).
For orders dispatched via DHL, you will receive text and email notifications from DHL regarding the status of your order.

Switzerland
Our distribution warehouse is based in the UK and we will use DHL to deliver your order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public and Bank holidays) and we aim to dispatch all Swiss orders received before 1:30pm, on the same day.

Orders for Swiss customers should be received within 2-3 working days (subject to customs delays). Orders are shipped excluding VAT and Import Duty, which may be payable to the courier upon delivery.

Norway
Our distribution warehouse is based in the UK and we will use Royal Mail or DHL to deliver your order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public and Bank holidays) and we aim to dispatch all Norwegian orders received before 1:30pm, on the same day.

Orders for Norwegian customers should be received within 3-7 working days (subject to customs delays). Orders are shipped excluding VAT and Import Duty, which may be payable to the courier upon delivery.

Issues with your order

We hope you are 100% happy with your order but should anything be wrong please contact us via email or telephone quoting your order number (this can be found in the top left hand corner of your invoice and begins with the letters DR).

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return your order in accordance with the website Terms of Use and General Conditions ("Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal" at paragraph V C, for non-defective goods) you may wish to use this cancellation form to notify us but it is not obligatory, you can simply follow our standard return process outlined below.  

How to return an item:
1. Please email details to customer.service@europe.dragonalliance.com
2. Please quote your order number (this can be found in the top left hand corner of your invoice and begins with the letters DR or on any order confirmation emails we have sent you)
3. Please complete a Returns Form and include a copy of the form with your return.
4. Once the product arrives back with us we then check that it is in a fully re-saleable condition, and if so (and such return is eligible), process the refund as per our website Terms of Use and General Conditions.

Refunds can only be made back to the card originally used to make the purchase.

If you are requesting a refund because the item is faulty or damaged, as a goodwill gesture we will also refund your postage charges.

IMPORTANT

To avoid your return being damaged in transit we recommend re-using the original packaging. It is recommended that you return the item using a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

None of the above conditions will impact on your statutory rights as a consumer when goods are supplied faulty, or not as described. See our website Terms of Use and General Conditions section for more information.

Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges due to fluctuating stock levels and variations in prices. We recommend returning unwanted items for a refund and re-ordering. Please contact our customer services department if you require any further information.
